There are two key points to uncover in a Sale:

1.  How Important and WHO is it Important to?

2.  How Urgent is it and WHY?

The Combination of these 2 issues must always be be able to be addressed in order to make a Sale REAL!

If you cannot look yourself in the Mirror and answer both of these Questions about any one Opportunity, you should be concerned about your opportunity.
