Sales Thought: Top Sellers always focus on these 3 things on a Constant Basis!

There are 3 Things that every Successful seller always focus on:

1.  Relationship Management: Relationship Management does not mean being friends with your Customer.  In means doing things for them that bring Value on a Constant basis.  Its what you do where there isn’t a deal is on the table that matters most!

2.  Roadmap to Revenue: It is about getting paid for your efforts.  Setting that expectation with your Customer is key.  Great Sellers set this expectation Early in every Sales Cycle!

3,  Customer Success: Great Sellers ensure that there Customer is Success/Happy and make it a Priority

If you cannot “Check” all 3 Elements, it is likely one ore more will come back to cause problems later!
