I always talk about Sales Process. The Key in this case is Execution.
No matter what you sell or how you sell it, you Need a Process, that is repeatable.
With Repeatable Process comes Execution. Execution is doing what you are supposed to do and then doing it the Right way,
I know that sounds very basic, but I find that many people seem to get wrapped in being Activity Driven.
If you are not careful, you can get to the end of a Time frame, have done a lot of stuff, and then not Accomplish Anything.
So, I encourage you to focus on Execution: Determine the right things to do, and do them over and over again. If you do this, then you will have more success on a Consistent Basis!
