It may seem obvious to many of you, but you would be surprised how many Sellers still think that it is all about them.
One of the most important aspects of sellers in the 2015 Environment is the ability to work within and be part of a Team.
Work comes at a Faster and Faster Pace. Customers feel that they have to be in charge, and with information being out there at an ever-increasing pace, Sellers are always under Pressure.
The Best Sellers Practice working within the Team Environment. If they don’t, more often than now, things get missed. By being part of a Team, you have a MUCH better chance of Success.
Said Another way, one of the most important traits of a Successful Seller in this day and age is to show that you can Muster and Coordinate Resources. If you don’t do this, it is likely that things will get missed. When they get missed, more often than not, you end up not being successful.
Customers want to know that the person who is Selling to them has the Respect of the Company they work for and can get them Resources.
