Sales Thought; Not just Execution, but RAPID Execution Is what is needed In Sales!

Have you ever Executed a Perfect Sales Process?

The answer is NO

The reason is a Perfect Process is not possible.  When people try to do this, the invariably Delay their Execution of a Sales Process.

Here is the fact:

Rapid execution of an 80% complete sales plan is better than waiting for 100% of the information to be available before executing. Rapid execution is everything!
