Sales Thought: Beginning of the Quarter – A time to Evaluate and Reset your Sales Strategy – Start, Stop, Continue!

For those of who are on a Quarter System, the beginning of a new Quarter or event a month is a great time to Re-evaluate your approach.

In this day and age of rapid change, updating and resetting your strategy is Important.  If you don’t update the Strategy on a Frequent Basis, you may find that you are left behind because your competition is

1. “Of the activities I am doing today, which ones should I keep doing” (Continue)?
2. “Which activities do I stop doing?” (Stop) This is probably the hardest category!
3. “What new activities do I need to add to my list?” (Start)

Take a Hard Look at where you are, and don’t be afraid to get some outside help!
