I am Essentially Challenging everyone to tell me I am wrong.
Is not the Nature of Selling Anything in 2016 based not on more “Traditional” Factors,” such as having the Best Product or Service?
My Assertion is, and will continue to be, that is ALL about who Executes the Best. Does it mean that the quality of your Product or Service is not a Factor? NO.
But I think we could all agree that the best Product or Service does not win. Sometimes, it is the Sales Team that Out Executes Others that wins. So, for any organization, no matter the size or what you Sell, we are going to explore the factors that can make you successful, and Process you go through is Key.
I work with many organizations who Start and Stop with “We have the best Offering in the Market.” They wonder why things are not going great. My comment has been that they are often Out Executed.
We are going to talk with a variety of Luminaries in Sales and Business to discuss different approaches to address this very real, and very prevalent issue.
